How the direct import works

  1. We have four (4) buying trips (March, June, September and December) to China per year. You choose your preferred time and we will do the rest
  2. The process starts with you deciding on the product/s you want to import from China. We do not host product catalogue on our site
  3. You send us the specifications and picture of the product/s you want to import
  4. We source your product/s according to your specifications and send you a quote and options, where necessary
  5. You decide on the options and the quote
  6. Once the product specifications are agreed and quote accepted, we send you a binding buying contract
  7. You make a 100% payment to cover the quote
  8. Your payment guarantees that you will get the product/s ordered according to the agreed specifications. Should this not be the case for any reason, you will get your money 100% refunded
  9. The binding contract specifies the timelines for the order to reach you. You may choose to collect your order from our warehouse or for it to be delivered directly to you at a nominal fee
  10. Once payment is made, the order will be placed with the manufacturers. Hence, payment is non-refundable except in conditions outlined in point 8.

Fethna COVID-19 Update

Due to the restrictions associated with Covid-19 we will not be able to import non-essential goods at this time. Hence, our first buying trip this year is expected to be in September. We are open to take orders for both the September and December buying trips and will provide updates as the restrictions are gradually lifted
